These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoTravellas website (the "Site") and the travel advisory and consultation services offered by GoTravellas ("we," "us," or "our"), a brand operating under Adebanjo Media. By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

GoTravellas provides personalized, one-on-one travel and immigration advisory consultations. Our services include, but are not limited to, providing checklists, reviewing documents, and offering strategic advice to assist you with your visa application process.

Disclaimer

GoTravellas is an advisory service ONLY. We are not a government agency, nor are we affiliated with any embassy or consulate. We do not have the authority to grant visas. The information and guidance we provide are based on our expertise and publicly available information. While we boast a high success rate, we DO NOT GUARANTEE visa approval. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the immigration authorities of the respective country.

2. User Responsibilities

To use our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your personal details, travel history, and any other information required for the consultation.
• Use the information and guidance provided by us for its intended purpose only.
• Acknowledge that any misrepresentation or omission of facts on your part can lead to the refusal of your visa application, for which GoTravellas cannot be held responsible.

3. Payments and Refunds

Consultation Fees

All fees for our consultation services are listed on our Site and must be paid in full before a session is scheduled. Our primary service is a paid one-on-one consultation.

Refund Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of your visa application.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoTravellas and Adebanjo Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) the refusal of your visa application by any government authority.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and checklists provided during consultations, is the property of Adebanjo Media and is protected by international copyright laws. This material may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without our prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
